John Pye Auctions, the UK’s fastest growing and largest independent auction network, requires a full time Marketing Manager to support the company’s Business Development Strategy and growing industry leading brand profile.

In the last five years John Pye Auctions has grown from one trading site to 16 across the UK, was voted Midlands Fastest Growing Family Business in the Family Business Awards 2014; Insolvency and Business Asset Auctioneers of 2014 by the National Association of Valuers and Auctioneers and Asset Valuers / Auctioneers of the Year 2015 in the Insolvency & Rescue Awards.

This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and dynamic marketing professional to manage a wide ranging marketing portfolio, managing a team of four full time staff and working in-conjunction with the company’s Business Development department to support the company’s headline brand and five key trading departments:

  • John Pye Property
  • John Pye Vehicles

John Pye Auctions manages over 25,000 asset instructions a year on behalf of some of the biggest names in UK and International Banking, Lending, Government, Insolvency, Luxury, Retail and Property; equating to over 500 online auctions a year across our UK network.

The ability to prioritise daily and weekly tasks is a necessity, whilst also working on strategic short, medium and long term marketing initiatives, with the Business Development Department.

Experience as a Marketing Manager, with a strong B2B and B2C commercial track record, in a campaign and deadline driven online business is essential. Strong management skills, communication skills, organisation abilities, graphic design, project management and copywriting skills are essential, as well as a marketing analytic approach.
