The John Pye Property valuations team consists of members of the RICS and experienced estate agents and administrators.
They undertake a full range of property valuation services nationwide. The valuation services are split into two categories:
Clients serviced include Insolvency Practitioners, LPA Receivers, Banks and Building Societies, Businesses, Investors, Landlords and Private Clients.
Property appraisals are often initially undertaken for clients to provide them with an indicative property appraisal figure for minimal cost. Such appraisals take the form of a desktop valuation supplied in email format to the client for initial review, using surveyors’ and agents’ expert knowledge of market sectors and using the latest property market industry data software to source comparable sales and leasehold transactions.
All UK appraisals will be provided with 48 hours of instruction. Overseas property appraisals will be issued within 120 hours of receipt of instruction.
Appraisals can be developed further by undertaking drive-by and/or internal inspections of a subject property and then such findings presented in a John Pye Property Marketing Report, which is signed off by a Chartered Surveyor.
Included within the appraisal will be thoughts and recommendations regarding the advised guide and reserve prices together with the marketing strategy.
