An opportunity has arisen to Purchase the Leasehold Interest of a Substantial Country House Hotel with Leisure and Conferencing Facilities.

 

Overview

The opportunity has the following multiple facets for parties to consider and explore by way of tripartite discussions with our client and subject to reaching an agreement with the Landlord.

  • The purchase of the residue term of the existing lease which expires in 2026 subject to Landlord approval.
  • The purchase of the residue term of the exiting lease and the right to enter into the tripartite negotiations to discuss securing a new long lease under terms to be agreed with the landlord.
  • The purchase of the residue term of the exiting lease and the right to enter into negotiations to discuss the acquisition of the Freehold interest at a price to be agreed with the landlord.
  • Such rights title and interest the company possess in the F&F and stocks in the hotel.
  • The hotel is operated by a dedicated team of Directors and staff.
  • The property is centrally located in the UK.

 

Offers

Offers are invited for all such right title and interest the Company has in the current lease and the ability to enter into discussions to explore the other options as mentioned above.

 

Timescale

The Administrators are not under short timeframe pressure in respect of treating with parties desirous of looking at this opportunity, however given we anticipate there will be strong interest expressed in this business we would recommend that parties wishing to look further at the Company and its assets do so in a timely manner. Any sale will be contracted by the Administrator and will exclude Company liabilities other than the employees who would transfer under TUPE.
