• Licence fee based on a % of turnover payable to original Trademark/IP owner.
• Small talented team of 3 including 2 senior level managing partners and 1 part time Staff member.

Offers

Offers are invited for all such right title and interest the Company has in its Assets. Any sale will exclude Company liabilities other than employees which will transfer under TUPE.

Timescale

A deadline for offers has been set for 12.00 noon on Tuesday 21^st May 2024.
