Two air conditioning units in the large area.
All spaces are fitted with ‘Polyflor’ vinyl floor finishes.
Whole building benefits from double glazing.
There is a steel and reinforced plastic canopy attached to the rear of the building which can be included in the sale if required.
The building was originally installed on site on 12th May 2003.
