An opportunity has arisen to purchase the business and assets of a retailer of Furniture and Accessories for the home, including sofas, dining furniture, bedroom furniture, tables, chairs, storage and home accessories.

Offers
Offers are invited for all such right title and interest the Company has in its Assets both tangible and intangible. Any sale will exclude Company Liabilities other than employees which will transfer under TUPE.
Timescale
Offers should be submitted along with proof of funding by 12 noon on 6th October 2026. The asset sale will be contracted by the Administrator upon Appointment.
