An opportunity has arisen to purchase the Business Assets, both tangible and intangible, to include any associated Goodwill of an Established Recruitment business specialising in both temporary and permanent recruitment solutions in the Healthcare, Industrial, Hospitality and Stadia & Events sectors.

• Incorporated in 2006.
• Operating from Leasehold premises located in the South of England.
• Owned Assets to include office furniture, IT equipment and motor vehicles.
• Third-Party Assets.
• Turnover for year-end 31 January 2022 £2,279,307.
• Turnover for year-end 31 January 2023 £3,728,055.
• Turnover for year-end 31 January 2024 £4,086,165.
• IP to include and is limited to company name and trading styles, domain name, telephone numbers (where transferable), company records and customer list.
• One Director & Ten Employees.
Offers
Offers are invited for all such right title and interest the Company has in its Assets. Any sale will exclude Company liabilities other than employees, which will transfer under TUPE. The sale of the business will be contracted by way of an asset sale only through an insolvency process via a sale and purchase agreement.
Timescale
A deadline for offers has been set for 5 pm, Friday, 19 September 2025. This is an accelerated M&A opportunity; due diligence should be conducted as a matter of priority.
