Offers
Offers are invited for all such right, title, and interest the Company has in its assets, both tangible and intangible. Any sale will exclude Company Liabilities other than employees which will transfer under TUPE. The sale of the business will be contracted by way of an asset sale only through an Administration Insolvency Process.
Timescale
Deadline for offers 5pm on Wednesday 27th August 2025. Proof of funding must accompany all offers.
