These Ex-Demo Net Zero lodges are beautifully designed and fit for the future; with integrated solar panels which generate more power than the lodges need. You can use the excess energy to power other buildings, or an electric vehicle.
The units provide plenty of internal space with room for a living area, sleeping platform, kitchen and shower room. They work as holiday lodges or garden room additions to your home – and you can use the excess energy to power your home! Each model includes solar panels integrated into the external wall elevations, UVPC windows and doors and thermally insulated walls. The high spec kitchen comes fully equipped with an oven, hob, fridge, sink and plenty of storage. The bathroom includes a fully operational shower, toilet and sink, with a roller door to maximise space utilisation.
Our client will deliver anywhere in the UK – for an additional cost of £1800 ex vat. The foundations are simple and our client will provide all the information required for the purchaser to prepare the ground with service connections and/or our client can undertake the works (subject to site and costs to be confirmed).
The units are delivered ready for occupation but undecorated – the engineered timber walls can be left bare or painted or wall-papered. The floors are ready to accommodate any flooring material, eg, mats, carpet, tiles or boards
Our clients can supply a 12 months full latents defect (manufacturers) warranty.
