An opportunity has arisen to purchase the Business Assets both tangible and intangible to include Goodwill of a food service business specialising in the supply of dairy, chilled foods, and bread products to the catering trade.

Offers are invited for all such right title and interest the Company has in its Assets. Any sale will exclude Company liabilities other than employees which will transfer under TUPE.
