Offers

Offers are invited for all such right title and interest the Company has in its Assets. Any sale will exclude Company liabilities other than TUPE responsibilities. The sale of the business will be contracted by way of an asset sale only through a Liquidation insolvency process.

Timescale

A deadline for offers has been set for 12.00 noon on Wednesday 16th February 2022.

Please note that TTA approved business should apply for an NDA as it is considered by our client that anyone without such accreditation will not be in a position to complete the purchase in a timely manner upon the appointment of the Liquidators as is required to protect the business.
