• Five year turnover £1,945,432 (to include draft accounts up to 10th Aug 2023)
• Domain Name and Website
• Assets include Fabric and Lining Stock circa 28,000 metres
• The Company has two directors and eight employees

Offers

Offers are invited for all such right title and interest the Company has in its Assets. All offers submitted will be considered by our client. Any offer made should be accompanied by proof of funding and details of your Solicitor to whom the Sale Agreement will be sent if your offer was accepted. Any sale will exclude Company liabilities other than employees which will transfer under TUPE.

Timescale

A deadline for offers has been set for 12.00 noon on Friday 15th of September 2023.
