John Pye
& Sons has appointed Lincoln Hughes as the company's new
Plant and Logistics Foreman.
Lincoln, 34, has worked his
way up through the ranks at 'Pyes' since joining the
company in 1994, when he worked in the chattels division
at a time when the company was based near
Nottingham's Cattle Market in Meadow Lane before operations
moved to the current site, the former Shipstone 'Star'
Brewery
in Radford Road. |
Lincoln takes up the position of Plant
& Logistics Foreman with immediate effect &
shall oversee and manage the preparation of sales from
Saleroom 2 and all external collections and
clearances,
domestic, office and
industrial.

BUYERS from across the UK
flocked to John Pye & Sons' chattels auction on
Thursday June 23rd to bid for new boxed electrical stock
sold at auction without reserve.
More
than 250 people from as far afield as Plymouth, London
and Manchester attended the auction, comprising of more
than 150 registered bidders, to snap up new leading
brand name widescreen televisions, digital camcorders,
cameras, radios,
hi-fis, freezers and DVD
