THE UK’S FASTEST growing auction house has opened a new site in Plymouth with regular vehicle auctions to start this weekend.

John Pye Auctions holds more than 250 online auctions a year for the UK’s biggest Banks, Finance Houses, Government Authorities, Insolvency Practitioners, Property Agents and Retail PLCs, managing 22,500 stock and asset disposals instructions each year.
The firm already operates from a site in Avonmouth and its new site in the South West is located in the Strode Business Centre, Huxley Close, Newham Industrial Estate, Plympton, Plymouth, PL7 4AJ.
The Plymouth site will solely focus on vehicle auctions with the company currently auctioning off around 200 private and commercial vehicles every week around the UK. This new Plymouth site will offer viewings of vehicles for auction, with the bidding process taking place online at over a 4 day period.
The first auction at the new Plymouth site, featuring 25-30 vehicles, will begin online on the evening of Friday June 6th. Auction vehicle viewing will be held on Monday June 9th, between TBC, with online bidding finishing from 12 noon. Auctions and viewings will then take place on those days every week.
Sheldon Miller, Business Development Director said “We’re very excited to be opening a new site in the South West.
“Plymouth is the gateway to the region with great access and this will introduce a totally new auction experience and offering to the region. The site will begin with vehicles though our stock and asset portfolio is much greater, offering the widest auction portfolio in the UK and all online, ranging from national retail clearances through to vehicles and property.”
