how to bid with us 3 minute rule

3 Minute Rule

If a bid is placed on a lot in the last minute of the auction the ‘three-minute rule’ kicks in.

When the three-minute rule kicks in, bidding on that lot is only available to the current bidders for the next three minutes.

No new bidders place a bid on the lot and swipe the lot at the last second!

how to bid with us payment

Payment

An hour or so after the auction ends you will receive an invoice to your registered email. There are different ways in which you can pay for your new goods.

Debit or Credit card payments are available in our cash offices at our sites across the country and you can pay online.

If paying online log into your account and click on ‘my invoices’ where you will be able to fulfill your payment.

For more information on paying for your lot check out our FAQ’s

Collection & Couriers

You can now collect your items! You can collect directly from the saleroom to which the auction was held between the allotted times (link to auction timetable). We do not deliver all items; however, we do accept collection by courier.

Once you have chosen a courier you must send a packaging request to the relevant saleroom (information will be on your invoice) and we will send you the weight and dimensions of your packed items, so you can book your courier. Collection deadlines are applicable.

Our luxury items are sent by Royal Mail courier after we have received the payment of the invoice.

All information regarding the collection of your items, site, saleroom, and lot number will be displayed on your invoice.

If you need help packing your items into your car, our friendly auction porters will be onsite to help!

We have thousands of lots each week, so don’t miss out on your chance to bag a Christmas bargain!
