A) Lots originate from many sources inc. customer returns, bankrupty, ex-display & repossessions. Clients from high street retailers and Banks to Insolvency Practitioners & Receivers.
No goods are sold as new, working, complete or guaranteed in any way. All lots are strictly Sold as Seen.
A) Yes – All lots are subject to the addition of VAT (unless otherwise stated) plus an additional Buyers Premium (15% to 20%) incurred on the invoice total.
Invoice Examples:
£ 100 bid on a lot with VAT: Y & 20% BP (eg. a laptop) = £ 144 invoice total
£ 100 bid on a lot with VAT: N & 15% BP (eg. a vehicle) = £ 118 invotal total
A) All goods are Sold as Seen, with no guarantees or warranties and include used items and retail returns – With this in mind physical viewing of auction lots is recommended with public viewing available for all sales.
A) All lots including vehicles can be physically assessed along with electrical points in all rooms – If you are unable to test items to your own satisfaction please do not bid.
A) No – All goods must be collected directly from the associated salerooms by the buyers or their couriers (eg. Parcelforce) – Photo ID and verification required for vehicles.
